Convert your wireless lease into sustained wealth.

Recent developments in the wireless industry have caused many wireless landlords to question the reliability of their wireless lease incomes. However, whether you own a cell site with a single wireless tenant or a large telecom lease portfolio, Wireless Capital Partners can reduce your risk and help you generate sustainable wealth.

We can finance your lease and provide you with capital up front. That’s right. We can provide cash to expand your business, reduce your debt, purchase new property, or use it any way you like. And we give you the flexibility to structure the transaction in a way that meets your financial goals and tax needs. Here's a closer look at these lease financing options:

Lump Sum Purchase

When you choose a lump sum transaction, you will be advanced capital in exchange for an assignment of the lease income for a specific period of time. At the end of the term, WCP will cease to collect any rental income from the lease and it will revert back to you. Even if the lease becomes terminated during the term of the agreement, the cash is yours to keep.

Split-Pay

This option provides you the best of both worlds. With a split pay transaction, you can finance only a portion of your wireless lease and continue to receive the remaining monthly lease income. The split-pay option is especially advantageous for business partners or family situations where one party needs the capital up front yet the other prefers receiving monthly rent.

Non-Recourse Loan

When you get a non-recourse loan through WCP, the transaction is straightforward and simple. We will not look to you for repayment. Instead, Wireless Capital Partners gets the loan repaid from the income generated by the wireless lease. The only collateral used is the cellular lease itself, so there’s no need for any other personal guarantee. This transaction is considered tax-advantaged as it allows you to defer taxes to the future over the term of the loan.
