Bradley K. Knyal
Chief Executive Officer /
Under Brad Knyal's leadership, WCP has grown from a startup to an industry leader with a $100 million-plus Balance Sheet and offices throughout the United States. Since co-founding WCP in 2001, Brad has played key management roles in all aspects of the business. From 2002 to 2005 he headed the Acquisitions group, and was responsible for the recruiting, training, and management of a 50-person sales force across the U.S.
Brad was promoted to President in 2004 and assumed the capital market functions. Since then he has raised over $400 million in senior debt and $50 million in mezzanine capital. This solid track record and his continuous effort resulted in the equity investment from Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.
Brad was promoted to CEO in 2006 and spearheaded a $300 million joint venture with Macquarie Real Estate. Brad serves on the boards of WCP and the joint venture, and continues to forge relationships with industry leaders in communications infrastructure.
Joni LeSage
Chief Financial Officer /
Joni LeSage joined WCP in September 2002 as Controller and was promoted to Treasurer in May 2004. During her tenure as Treasurer she was a member of the Investment Committee, and was responsible for negotiating and closing debt facilities, overseeing the funding process, and managing financial reporting.
As CFO, Joni focuses on expanding and developing the company’s finance team, improving management and reporting tools, sourcing and negotiating new credit relationships, and developing new business strategies.
Prior to joining WCP, Joni served as Vice President and Accounting Policy Manager for Union Bank of California and later as Vice President of its leasing subsidiary. She has six years of public accounting experience with KPMG and Deloitte & Touche, and over five years of experience in leasing and structured finance.
William K. Komperda
Managing Director of Capital Markets and Lending /
As Managing Director of Capital Markets and Lending, Bill Komperda is responsible for advancing WCP's broad capital markets initiatives, as well as developing, promoting, and managing the company's commercial mortgage lending division.
Bill has more than two decades of industry experience including capital generation, asset securitization, loan origination and related structured finance and capital markets expertise. Prior to joining WCP, Bill held positions as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CBA Commercial, LLC, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Capital Markets and Strategic Planning at Long Beach Financial Corporation, and Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of the Mortgage- and Asset-Backed Finance/Securitization Group at Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc. Bill earned his BS in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jeff Knyal
Chief Operations Officer /
Jeff Knyal has 20 years experience within the financial services sector as an investment banker and through his involvement with several finance companies. Jeff is the architect behind WCP’s data and operations infrastructure, and under his leadership the company’s closing process has gained tremendous efficiency.
Prior to WCP, Jeff worked for the Asset Backed Group at Greenwich Capital Markets and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Dean Witter Reynolds. Jeff has a MBA from the University of Chicago.
Jonathan D. Beuerlein
Managing Director of Acquisitions /
Jon Beuerlein is a founder of WCP. As Managing Director of Acquisitions, he oversees the company’s regional acquisitions teams.
Prior to WCP, Jon held senior marketing and sales positions at Nortel and FMAC, gaining extensive experience in the telecom and finance industries. Jon attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Justin F. Marron
Senior Vice President, WCP Utility Advisors /
Justin Marron is Senior Vice President of WCP Utility Advisors. Justin leads the company’s efforts in the development and financing of all utility non-core revenues and various infrastructure management platforms, as well as the implementation of our utility customer benefit programs.
Prior to WCP Utility Advisors, he was President of Level Communications, a utility infrastructure management company acquired by WCP in August 2006. He was the co-founder and COO of Fidelity Communications, northeast based tower development firm. Justin was trained at YouthStream Media Networks as Vice President of Finance where he oversaw acquisitions and mergers of media networks.
Justin holds a BA from Rollins College with a concentration in Finance.
Jarred Saba
Vice President of Tower Lending and National Finance Group /
Jarred is currently the Vice President of the Tower Lending Group and the National Finance Group of Wireless Capital Partners, where he is in charge of all tower loan originations in the United States. Jarred is a repeat panelist at the CTIA and PCIA telecom tower conventions and is a published author in Above Ground Level Magazine.
Prior to joining Wireless Capital Partners in 2001, Jarred worked for First Commercial Corporation in the Distressed Debt Acquisition Group. Jarred earned his BA in finance from the University of Southern California and received his law degree and MBA from the University of San Diego. Jarred is a licensed attorney and broker in California.
Keith Drucker
Senior Vice President of Operations /
As Senior Vice president of Operations, Keith Drucker oversees the day-to-day operations of WCP’s Funding and Servicing organizations, and serves on WCP’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining WCP in November 2006, Keith served as Interim Chief Operating Officer of World Energy Solutions, Inc., a publicly-traded Energy Services Company based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Previously, Keith served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Operations for Global Signal, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida, where he was instrumental in restructuring the company’s organizational infrastructure and business process engineering, and managed the acquisition, integration, and securitization of over 7,900 real estate assets. Prior to Global Signal, Keith held several strategic roles focused on organizational and business process redevelopment at SpectraSite, now American Tower. From 1997 through July 2000, Keith was a Manager and Account Executive with SBA Communications, Inc., where he was accountable for various aspects of tower leasing, carrier deployment, and the construction and maintenance of SBA’s Network Operations Center. Mr. Drucker received a BS in Business Communication from Bentley College.
